We wholeheartedly welcome you on Taemeer News. [an ISSN Certified]
Undoubtedly there are hundreds of Urdu newspapers (daily, once in three days and weekly) that are published from India. A comprehensive list of these newspapers will be presented to you soon on this website. A few daily newspapers (such as Inquilab,Rashtriya Sahara,Siasat and Munsif etc.) are famous on national level and other numerous newspapers have considerable sale and readership in their respective territories. Many of them have their own websites, but they present news and articles in the form of images. This type of presentation is no more useful in the presence of advanced Google search engine. If you read the article written by Mr. Aijaz Obaid you will come to know how this outdated method is a great obstruction and does not allow Urdu to grow on internet.
It is not that no Urdu Unicode daily publishes from India. So far our knowledge is concerned, Urdu Tahzeeb, Aag daily, Chouthi Duniya, Urdu Times Mumbai and Asia Express of Aurangabad [Now, Etemaad daily Hyderabad from July-2013] are filling this gap to a greater extent. Still we greatly feel lack of an active website that could present important and readable news with reference to search engine optimization and contemporary social media.
We have vast aims and intentions but at present we are offering beta version of "Taemeer News" with selected news.
PTI, UNI and IANS are most sought after news agencies of India. Almost all Urdu newspapers get international, national and regional news from these agencies and get them translated in Urdu according to their standard and publish them. At present Taemeer News is presenting selected news by taking advantage of illustrated web edition (translated) of these Urdu newspapers. To avoid drawbacks of Urdu translation, we thought it necessary to give heading of the news in English at the end as reference, so that the reader could conveniently go for Google search engine for the real source of the news.
We are trying not to keep Taemeer news limited to news alone, but also wish to start "constructive series" for enhancing literary taste of Urdu knowing readers. This sort of activity is very rare in Indian Urdu website or blogs. Hope the effort of Taemeer Web Development will receive heartiest and distinct welcome from every quarter of the society. We are anticipating advices, opinions and reviews from our readers.

تعمیر نیوز [Taemeer News] (ISSN مصدقہ)
پر آپ کا دلی استقبال ہے!
بلامبالغہ سینکڑوں اردو اخبارات (روزنامہ ، سہ روزہ ، ہفت روزہ) پرنٹ شکل میں ہندوستان سے شائع ہوتے ہیں جن کی ایک اجمالی فہرست جلد اس سائیٹ پر پیش کی جائے گی۔ ان میں سے چند روزنامے (مثلاً : انقلاب ، راشٹریہ سہارا ، سیاست ، منصف وغیرہ) قومی سطح پر معروف و مقبول ہیں تو دیگر بےشمار اخبارات اپنے اپنے علاقوں میں معقول حد تک فروخت ہوتے اور پڑھے جاتے ہیں۔
انہی اخبارات میں سے اکثر و بیشتر کی اپنی ویب سائیٹس بھی موجود ہیں لیکن یہ تمام تصویری شکل میں خبریں / مضامین پیش کرتے ہیں جن کا آج کی گوگل سرچنگ ویب دنیا میں کوئی فائدہ نہیں ہے بلکہ اس چیز سے انٹرنیٹ پر اصل اردو کے فروغ میں جس طرح رکاوٹ آتی ہے اس کی کچھ تفصیل محترم اعجاز عبید صاحب کے اس مضمون سے معلوم کی جا سکتی ہے۔
ایسا بھی نہیں ہے کہ انڈیا سے کوئی اردو یونیکوڈ روزنامہ شایع ہی نہ ہوتا ہو۔ ہماری معلومات کی حد تک اردو تہذیب ، روزنامہ آگ ، چوتھی دنیا ، اردو ٹائمز ممبئی اور ایشیا ایکسپریس اورنگ آباد (اور اب ۔۔۔ جولائی 2013 سے روزنامہ اعتماد حیدرآباد)کی اخباری یونیکوڈ ویب سائیٹس کسی حد تک اس خلا کو پورا کر رہی ہیں۔ اس کے باوجود سرچ انجن آپٹی مائزیشن اور عصری سوشل میڈیا تکنالوجی کے حوالے سے روزانہ کی بنیاد پر اہم اور قابل مطالعہ خبروں کو پیش کرنے والی فعال ویب سائیٹ کی ضرورت محسوس کی جا رہی ہے۔
ہمارے ارادے و عزائم تو کافی وسیع ہیں مگر فی الحال چنندہ خبروں کی پیشکشی کے ساتھ ہم "تعمیر نیوز" کے بیٹا ورژن [beta version] کا اجرا کر رہے ہیں۔
پی۔ٹی۔آئی[PTI] ، یو۔این۔آئی[UNI] اور آئی۔اے۔این۔ایس[IANS] جیسی نیوز ایجنسیوں کا شمار ہندوستان کی سرکردہ نیوز ایجنسیوں میں ہوتا ہے اور تقریباً تمام اردو اخبارات بین الاقوامی/قومی/ریاستی/علاقائی سطح کی خبریں انہی ایجنسیوں سے حاصل کر کے اپنے معیار کے اردو ترجمے کے ساتھ اخبار شایع کرتے ہیں۔
تعمیر نیوز فی الوقت انہی اردو اخبارات کے تصویری ویب ایڈیشن کی (ترجمہ شدہ) خبروں سے ایک حد تک استفادہ کرتے ہوئے منتخب خبروں کو پیش کر رہا ہے۔ اردو ترجمے کی خامی کے احتمال سے بچنے کے لیے ہم نے اس کاز کو اہم اور ضروری سمجھا ہے کہ ہر خبر کی انگریزی ہیڈنگ بھی بطور حوالہ خبر کے آخر میں درج کرنے کا التزام کیا جائے تاکہ قاری اسی ہیڈنگ کے ذریعے گوگل سرچ کرتے ہوئے خبر کے اصل منبع تک پہنچے۔
علاوہ ازیں ہماری کوشش ہے کہ "تعمیر نیوز" کو صرف خبروں تک محدود نہ رکھتے ہوئے اردوداں قارئین کے علم و ذوق میں اضافہ کی خاطر "تعمیری سلسلوں" کو شروع کیا جائے جن کی کمی موجودہ دور کی ہندوستانی اردو ویب سائیٹس یا بلاگز میں نہایت ہی سنگین حد تک محسوس کی جاتی ہے۔
امید ہے کہ تعمیر ویب ڈیولپمنٹ کی اس کاوش کا علمی ، ادبی و عوامی سطح پر نمایاں خیر مقدم کیا جائے گا۔

تعمیر نیوز کا آغاز 15/دسمبر 2012 کو بطور نیوز پورٹل ہوا تھا۔
جنوری 2018 سے 'تعمیر نیوز' کو ایک علمی، ادبی، سماجی اور ثقافتی پورٹل میں تبدیل کیا گیا ہے۔ تبدیلی کی بنیادی فکر یہی ہے کہ اردوداں قارئین کے ذوقِ مطالعہ میں اضافہ کی خاطر انہیں صرف خبروں تک محدود رکھنے کے بجائے اردو زبان و ادب کے اس علمی زخیرے سے مستفید کیا جائے جس کی سائبر دنیا میں آج بھی کمی محسوس کی جاتی ہے۔
